of "A question about cookies":

I mark the text and copy it to the Clipboard. Then I open up "Account
Properties -- Templates -- Cookies tab" and add the text to the Cookie
Lines panel.
I have other cookie repositories for random greeting and attribution
lines. To add the line from the clipboard to an external file, I use
an external editor - in my case TextPad, but NotePad should do just as
well - and paste in there.
The only other thing to say about cookies is to make sure that you are
aware that each separate cookie takes up a single line of a cookie
file. To break single cookies over multiple lines, you have to use the
\n special character combination to add a line break within a cookie.
