JR: I think I got something that works so that I
can now substitute a %clipboard entry for a
standard or folder template. It goes like this for
anyone who is interested:
%CLEAR
Hi %CLIPBOARD,
On %ODATESHORT %QINCLUDE="ODATE" you wrote the following in
regards to "%OSUBJ":
%QUOTESTYLE="=%CLIPBOARD"%QUOTES
%CURSOR
I excluded a signature so it could be used with
any folder.
I can place my cursor anywhere in the reply
template & place the %CLIPBOARD info in the
salutation & in the QUOPTESTYLE without losing the
reply text. Then I insert a quick template for the
appropriate signature.
The only thing is that I lose a line because of
the %CLEAR command & begin the reply on line 2.
Can't figure out a way around that.
This is probably way over the top but I had to try
to create the tool for myself. And TB! was up to
the task.
