For what purpose are you trying to do this? I ask because there are
different answers for different purposes.
Are you trying to cut down what you see when you view the message
-can't be done internally
Or are you trying to filter based on the contents.
-Requires Regular expressions, but specific for the filters.
Are you trying to extract text for a new message.
-Requires Regular Expressions, but specific to Templates.
