In TB this is called a Template and may be constructed in various
ways, at various levels. You can define components as external files
or as Quick Templates and draw them together using %INCLUDE="filename"
and %QINCLUDE="handle" macros. TB has a wealth of macros that can be
used to create these templates.
Furthermore, you supply a special template as a part of the "Send Auto
Reply" filter action.
