Hello BatListers,
I have had the following experience several times &
always it has seemingly been resolved in an identical
way.
I select an email, block a quote or simply reply via
icon or menu & get nothing in the resulting window.
i.e. there is no greeting, no quotes, no signature --
neither quick templates nor default templates work.
This situation is always resolved by re-entering the
sender in the address book. Then everything works.
Hmmmmmm.
