Why do you use a Chinese OS it you can't read it?! :-)

Win2k: Windows Explorer -> Tools -> Folder Options -> File Types In
Win98 (long time no use...) I think it's under "View" at the bottom,
which is probably the third menu from the left in the Win-Explorer.
But I am not sure.
