Select all the messages in the folder, right-click => specials => add
sender/recipient to address book

If the name & the email-address of the sender are the same, it'll only
be added once. If the entry already exists inside a group, it'll still
be added.
Small thing to notice: all entries will be added to the root of your
address book...
