As a webmaster and forum moderator, I found that it saved me time in
the long run to have an on-line FAQ, as opposed to continually seeing
the same questions crop up. But of course the job of maintaining the
FAQ was burdensome - and it only works if it is well organized.
Well, after a long and hard search I found a wonderful, freeware
program called FAQ-O-Matic that allows the creation of FAQs that can
be added to and modified by specified users, or the general public,
depending on how you set permissions. You can view this in action and
download the software here:
http://faqomatic.sourceforge.net/
Anyway, the software is free and could resolve some of the problems
TB users have with limited documentation with the program.
