This is something us list managers have to inflict on users whose
addresses are proving a problem for our mail routers. Other users
please note. When we get a mass of bounce messages for an address over
a couple of days, we change that address's membership to digest to
reduce the influx of bounces.

I have sent the command to return your mail flow to "NORMAL".
