Out of curiosity, I just tried it. I got no dialogue box at
all, just a message: "23 lost mailboxes found".
After a short check of my mail folders, it turns out that
all folders whose graphical location (in the main window
folder tree section) do not match their actual location on
my hard disk, have shown up as new folders. (So now I have
to manually prune my TB directories them out - so much for
curiosity ;-))
The use of Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L has been discussed on this mailing
list: when you inadvertedly loose your mail folders,
pressing Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L will reindex your mail folders and
present you with them.
