Just add the following headers to the top of your HTML file:
From: "Januk Aggarwal" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To: "Januk Aggarwal" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Subject: Hello
Content-Type: text/html;
charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
Then import the file as a .msg file into your outbox. From there you
can edit the addressing and headers as normal with TB. It seems to be
working here...
