Hi Marck & Allie,
On Wednesday, December 06, 2000 @ 01:44:02 +0000, you wrote the
following about "how to gather addressees"
Marck> Create an Address Book group called "Thank You" and add an

Yes that did help a lot. In fact, I used a combination of this &
Allie's suggestion. I created an address group (rather than a new
address book) but added a hot key & added the "apply to selected
msgs". I selected all the eMails & used an assigned hot key. Worked
like a charm. Oh, & by the way, at the same time I created a template
note to all of the addresses so it essentially became a 2 step process.

This I didn't understand, Allie. I create a mime msg to archive useful
information on a single subject. Are you suggesting that I could both
add the sender's address & archive a copy of the posts in a single
function?
Many thanks to both of you for this help. TB! is certainly a
malleable, creatively developed, useful tool.
