Okay, I did as you said and I found indeed something that may disturb
the bat because it doesn't seem to be standard. Look at this, this is
the original message:

--
<cutted headers>
Hallo liebe Leute,

K=F6nnt ihr mir weiterhelfen?
W=FCrde mich =FCber eine Antwort sehr freuen.
 =20
--

The "="-sign did not appear in the plain message
text. But I think that is not the problem (just the sign for a line
break ;-)) Nothing unusual at all then. But!!!

When I open the sent box and look at the message I sent there it
appears as follows:

--
Hallo liebe Leute,

n=00
K=F6nnt ihr mir weiterhelfen=3F
W=FCrde mich =FCber eine Antwort sehr freuen.

and hey, there is the zero sign again. That was not there in the
original mail, so the bat must have added it on its own or replaced
the =20 with a =00. I I also checked some other messages that where
cut and I only copy the line that was cut behind from my sent box:

--
besuch=00
--

again, that =00 sign was not in the original mail (that was not even
coded as quoted printable as you can see here:)

--
<cutted unnecessary stuff>
Content-Type: text/plain
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
<cutted>
<cutted>
--

the signs behind the last letter were coded as 0x20 0x0D 0x0A

So this seemes to me as a major bug of the bat that is back again. (Is
any of the programmers reading this?).

Let's see if they can fix it.

What can I do meanwhile? Change the way of encoding special
characters? would that help?

Best Regards!
