Goto Account, Properties, Templates, Edit Quick Templates. Create a new
one, which you would like to use for mass mailing. On top of the template
editor you will find a checkbox which says: Use for New Messages/Mass
mailing. Save, leave menu.
Goto AB, File and you will find two additional options: New message and
Mass mailing. These are cascaded menu items: click on one of them and you
will find the templates which may be used for mass mailing. All the rest
should be self-explainable (does this word exist in English? I'm not
sure!).
