Up through 1.47, I did get network hangs on checking the mail. If I then
pressed "Cancel", the small dialog box that previously was hung on
"Connecting to host" would then remain hung on "Disconnecting" until I
closed The Bat! and restarted.
I haven't seen that (yet) with 1.48d, but it was an intermittent problem
before. If it shows up again, I'll write back.
