I have the feeling that someone has fallen foul of the "folder
template" problem. You have generated a new message to the notabene
list server while focus was in the TBUDL mail folder and your folder
template has a %TO="..." macro in it.
The safest way (and I've said this again and again) is not to. Errors
like this happen all of the time.
Create an address book entry for TBUDL.
Put the %TO macro in there.
Remove the folder template.
