There  are  a  couple  of things to be said here. The first is that TB
keeps  most  of  its  configuration in the registry. If you have wiped
down the registry then you have lost the settings for TB.

If  you  can  see  the  user  names  (I  have  to assume that you mean
"accounts"   here)  then  you  are  certainly  heading  in  the  right
direction.

Lost  mail  folders  can  be  recovered by use of the Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L
special keystroke.

"Empty"  folders  can be revived by deleting the .tbi (index) files in
the  system  folders and forcing TB to re-index the .tbb mail folders.
NB:  the  .tbi files contain some other information, like memos, which
will not survive this operation.
