I know Marck knows this part very well, but for everyone else:
You can also specify a default value if there is no Address book
value. This is done by using:
%ABnnnPPP="Default value"
An example of this is for greetings. Suppose I want my greeting to
say "Hi Chris" when I reply to my friend Christopher, but the full
first name if the person isn't in my address book. I would use:
Hi %ABofromFIRSTNAME="%OFROMFNAME",
