This batch file you refer to is only a tool to back up TB's registry
settings. As far as I remember, TB>=1.42 will convert 1.41 message
bases to the new format, but it asks you if you wanted to leave the
old messages alone. Then if nothing went wrong, you can manually
erase the old-style .MSB files.
Or if TB fails to autoconvert the .MSBs, try Tools->Import->From MSB
files.
