IIRC, I did the following when I moved one account:

1.) Copy the whole tree to the new location, using Windows Commander
(when you drag and drop a directory, all data and subdirectoreis will
be copied as well, never mind how complex).

2.) Change the mail default for this TB account under Accounts /
Properties.

3.) Focus on that account and hit shft-crtl-alt-L.

4.) Keep the old .tbb files as a backup and delete them at a later
stage.
