An unsubstantiated rumour AFAIK. Somebody from RIT mumbled the word
"browser" a few months ago, and unless there is an update, they are
not actively pursuing this but are working a TB v2.

This rumour has been spreading across Mailing Lists now and is wild in
the open. A word direclty from RITLabs would be very much appreciated
at this time.

Not in the version I run. And not in any beta version except for one
or two a long time ago, and never seen again.
