HTML hyperlinks will use the system default web browser. In my case
this is IE and it works perfectly. It depends upon which browser you
use and how it is configured. Perhaps you need to re-install the
browser to ensure that it is correctly configured.

MCB> location directly underneath where it started ... Is there a fix

This is a side effect of the TB editor's "Free caret" interface. The
quick fix is to use <Down> then <End> to do what you need. An extra
keystroke is less overhead than reaching for the mouse, mid-sentence.
The developers are writing a replacement editor for the next release
of TB which, it is hoped, will be more flexible in this area.
