I believe this is a function of memory, i.e. not enough memory to
create the other 261 msgs. When I use mass mailings I do it in
sections, i.e. [(A-G), (H-M), (N-Z)] to avoid this. The missing
261 will most likely be the *last* 261 people in your list. HTH
