Yes, e.g. by inserting %TO="" %TO="TBUDL <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
into your TBUDL address book entry's Reply template.
Of course you can substitutue the address part with a more generic
expression, like
%TO=""%TO='"%ABOFromHandle" <%OREPLYADDR>'
