Write your message in a quick template and mark the checkbox 'Use for
new messages/Mass mailing'. Then go to your address book, mark the
recipients and select the menu command 'File/Mass mailing using
template/[your_template_handle]'. Click ok, and your message will be
sent to all recipients (only with the recipients' name in the TO field
as you requested). Now you may delete your quick template.
