A reminder of what solid ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) typed on:
15 January 2001 at 14:52:11 GMT +0700

00:00 is AM as is 03:00 so if your template states it as being morning
then it is correct.
12:00 and 15:00 is PM. PM is anything from 12:00 to 23:59, AM is from
00:00 to 11:59.
