Yes, they're the same because you need to define additional search
strings in a similar fashion whether they are 'and' or 'or' string
searches. The alternative tabs section provides a way to add 'or'
strings so that the filter search successfully matches when any of
those defined strings are detected singly or in combination.

I see that you need to add many addresses. Are there any similarities
between the addresses. IOW's do a lot of them share the same domain
name. A regular expression could be used to cover all addresses that
share the same domain name.
