I believe he is using Netscape as a Mail Client, so I presume he is also
using that as his Browser as well. If that is the case, you have to edit the
pref.js file I believe, but I cannot remember what you have to replace. You
can check the archives of the Netscape Newsgroup... I'm sure the question
has been answered there many times over. :o)
