You need to change both really.

Sort  of.  You need to change both at once. If it was me, I'd exit TB,
move   the  folders  then  dive into the registry and change all drive
references  to  point  locally.  You  could always use "Januk's patent
registry  copy  (tm)"  utility  to dump the TB registry data to a .reg
file  and  change  the  references  there  before  re-importing to the
registry.
