This  is  the  mistake  you  are  making.  Another  word  for  "or" is
"alternative".  There  isn't an "or" switch. There's a whole *tab* for
alternatives.  By  putting  multiples in a single place like you have,
they  are  all  ANDed.  A  message  has to fulfil *all* criteria to be
filtered by that rule.
