Hi Marck,

On Tuesday, January 30, 2001 02:16:25 [ +0000 GMT], you wrote the
following in regards to 'Filter logic':

JR>> created a new filter
Marck> Yes.
JR>> created a new rule
Marck> You mean you filled in one rule on the actual "Rule" tab, yes?
                                                                 ^^^ yes

JR>> Added one Alternative
Marck> You mean you:
Marck> 1) selected the "Alternatives" tab
Marck> 2) pressed the "Add set" button
Marck> 3) filled in the first line of the first additional filter string
Marck> Yes?
       ^^^ yes

Marck> (look under the "Add set" button. It says "Use Alt+Ins/Alt+Del to
Marck> add/delete filtering strings" - that's what we're talking about here).
JR>> Used ALT-ins Key (nothing happened)

Marck> If you didn't do as I have explained above then it may not have
Marck> worked.

But I did do what you explained & still nothing happened (sigh).
Of course clicking on ADD SET adds another set.

BTW, I checked the System Hot Keys to see if there might be a
conflict there but nothing even comes close.
