We are both right.
There are two uses of the %COOKIE macro.
1) %COOKIE
2) %COOKIE="C:\folder\cookies.txt"
Version 1 takes the random cookie from the Account -- Properties --
Templates -- Cookies. Version two takes a cookie from the specified
file. In the example Dierk gave, he was using version 1, hence my
recommended correction.
