I have a feeling we agree as a practical matter although it may not
have satisfied Nick's question; that is to say, if all the contents
in the group are un-hidden, you might as well be looking in the main
AB.
It seems to me that it sort of obviates the group idea. There are
many people who I have in groups who are *not* my favorites. So my
setup allows me to find a favorite quite easily, & in the case of a
non-favorite, I know what group they're in which makes finding them
easier. Then, of course, there's always F7.
When can I stop being such a newbie? :-\
