No, there's no way of doing this. TB! will always start in the To:
field when creating a new message, even though you created the message
from the address book or used the %To macro to automatically add
addresses.
This issue sparked a vigourous discussion in the past. Some actually
preferred the present implementation because it obeyed the natural,
logical progression of how one would go about composing a message, in
that one would proceed to fill out the fields in descending order. (I
agree to this point since this will certainly prevent blank subjects)
Advocators of this implementation further went on to argue that the
To: field should *still* be the starting field, even though you may
have used a macro or the address book to automatically add addresses,
because the user may wish to add additional addresses. (this latter
argument, IMHO, is a weak one).
