'Load template' option? Where is that? Or are you referring to the
'insert quick template' option?
You don't create templates via the message editor. There's a separate
template editor available.
If you right click any mail folder and select its properties, you'll
see tabs marked 'template', 'reply' and 'forward'. If you select any
of these you'll be presented a template editor in which you may
compose your template. When you're finished you hit the 'ok' button.
The same goes for address book templates and quick templates. When you
hit the 'add' button in quick templates, a template editor is opened
for you to create your template.

into step by step details of how to create templates, but it does give
a valuable overview of what you can do with them and how they work.
TB!'s templates are quite different from what you will find in most
other e-mail clients.
