Try one of the following:
1.) %TO=""%TO=%OTO
2.) %TO=""%TO="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

The first %TO="" removes what is in the TO filed, the other %TO sets a
new value. %OTO is the Original TO recipient. But if any messages sent
to the address you say is sent to all members showing itself as TO
recipient, you'll have an endless loop.
