Have you check with Ritlabs whether there is another place to download
it?

Thing is, TB's help request is language-sensitive. This is a good
thing, because you don't want to open an English help file if you
always use your software in Spanish. However, I don't thinnk that
Ritlabs would have made TB point to a file that doesn't exist
somewhere in Cyberspace.

If there is indeed no Spanish help file available anywhere, copy (or
rename) your English help file to Bat_Esp.HLP; at elast you will have
some help available.

%ODate will return the day of the default language of your system.
%ODateEN will return it in English.
