When I had a quite a lot of cookies I copied/pasted it into a text
file, which I now use instead of the internal mechanism
(%WRAPPED='%COOKIE="X:\Path\file.txt"').
This way it is quite easy to
a) back up
b) use any text editor with i.e. a search function.
