This happened to me a long while back and is due to the ticker being
located off-screen. There is only one way out of this - the dreaded
RegEdit! You have to tinker with the HKCU\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Ticker
and set the "top" and "left" values to, say, 0. Once you can see it
again you can move it around at will.
