OK my problem is solved. I run ICQ and TB! together. ICQ has is own
shortcuts. When ICQ is running some TB! shortcuts are disabled.
I've unchecked "activate ICQ keyboard shortcut" in preferences/Contact
list/shortcut. It solve the problem.
