I am not sure that I know what you mean. By inserting PGP key do you
mean %SIGNCOMPLETE or %ENCRYPTCOMPLETE ? If that is the case, then
they both work with the internal and external version of PGP.
Have you checked that you have set the options correctly within TB ?
Check Tools -> PGP -> Choose PGP Version.
