Hello Dave,
On Wednesday, March 28, 2001 17:06:16 [ +0100 GMT], you wrote the
following in regards to 'Personalising a message':

Yes it is possible using the mass mail option in TB!. I can tell you
from personal experience it works like a charm & its a pretty
straight forward process.
Create an AB group made up of all the people you want to send your
msg to. This can be done by adding selected names (from you main AB)
to the new group via group assignment in an AB entry properties.
Under options, create a QT (quick template) with the msg you want --
in the form you want -- to send to all the people in the group. Be
sure to check off 'use for new msg/mass mailing'.
Select the AB Group & click 'File" & you will see the option 'Mass
Mailing using template' Click that & select the template you created
for this purpose & you will see you can then decide where the msg
goes. I select "open in editor" just for a last minute check to
assure myself everything is ok (but you can save it as a draft or
send it directly to the outbox).
