It would be better. TB is one of the few MUAs to provide WYSIWYG
output. It does no "behind the scenes" re-wrapping.

The only reason PGP provides wrapping at all is to make sure that the
less able MUAs don't re-wrap a signed message. TB doesn't need this
and, in fact, it "spoils" the otherwise pristine messages TB creates.
