This is probably being caused by having another header which has Date
in it (such as Resent-Date:, X-Date: etc).

If you change the regexp to

%SETPATTREGEXP="(?m-s)^Date\:\s*?((.*?[\d]{4})\s*?([\d]{0,2}\:[\d]{0,2}\:[\d]{0,2})\s*?(.*))"%REGEXPBLINDMATCH="%HEADERS"on

Note the ^ before the Date.  This ties the finding of Date to the
start of the line.

If this does not solve the problem, can you please send a copy of the
full headers and we will look at it.
