Just curious, is there a higher meaning in not filling the eventual
"To" address? (Please note that I'm not against your wish to be able
to print a message without filling the "To" address.)

The best guess I could come up with is you don't want to send it out
accidentally before you finalize it after reading it on paper. If
that's the case, saving it as "draft" (see the sandglass on the
toolbar?). TB would never send out a draft message, even though it's
in the Outbox.

Please also note that without a "To" address, the autosave function
(see [Options | Editor Preferences | Auto-save every nn min]) in TB
won't work, either.
