Well, I think a good place to start would be the FAQ:

and after that just spend time with the Program. This List is probably the
best thing you could have done with regards to learning how to use TB!,
and reading the Archives... which I see you are already doing.

You will find TB! to be far superior to Eudora in many aspects, although
TB! does lack the spit and polish of Eudora.
