I think it was Marck who wrote about MAPI always working the way you
described it.
In the moment I can't recall how I got TB! into the "SendTo" menu, by
MAPI or by putting a link into the folder by hand. When I just tested
it, everything worked like it should:
I rightclicked a file, sent it to TB!, which opened an "Edit
Message" window with my account template and was active.
So, now to what may happen to you:
To invoke the right template you need (for individual AB entries)
an adressee in the TO field or (for folder templates) you have to
open a new message from the appropriate folder in TB!.
