1. Make sure that there are messages on the server
2. Make sure that you have set your transport protocol to "IMAP4"
(Account | Properties | Transport)
3. Open the mail dispatcher (Account | Dispatch Mail on Server)
4. Choose View | Mailbox Controller
5. Subscribe to the folders you want to subscribe to
