Hello Brian;

       You have a talent for description. I can see most of the
limitations you and Nick have described.  I'm rather ill with a bad cold
so I'll bag my computers for a few days. I don't have a sufficient level
of alertness just now.

       Some problems I see here are apparently only fixed by giving up
digest mode which I can't do. The Bat is just one of my interests.

       I understand others place a great deal of importance on threading
and I respect their needs.  When I feel better I'll play with the settings
and see what I can pick up.

Tmtdc> No, not just changing the subject alone, but it is *rarely* needed. if
