1. As Thomas already pointed out, just make a full install of 1.51.
Then you will have the latest English help file.
2. If you can read German, d'l Dieter Hummel's German help file, which
is much more up-to-date.
3. The list of macros is - sadly - not sorted alphabetically but
systematically. I'd vote for alphabetically!
